Ghana Airways
Proposed logo, wordmark and identity system for the West African air carrier.
For this identity, we devised a way to incorporate various elements and symbols of Ghanaian culture while retaining an originality found with few African airlines.

This can be seen in the use of the African lodestar, stylized kente patterns in the airplane design, Ghanaian greetings used for tickets and lastly the golden eagle that not only forms a stylized "G"; but also represents Sankofa, the traditional Ghanaian proverb of remembrance.
